Do you except exchanges or returns?

Yes, you can exchange your order as long as it is still within the 14 days of delivery and the jewelry is returned in the same condition I sent it in.

Are the earring wires hypoallergenic?

Yes, both the gold-filled and sterling silver earring wires hypoallergenic and of course nickel free. However, if you experience any kind of unusual discomfort wearing them please email me and we can figure out how you can return them.

Do you do necklace repairs?

Yes, I understand that dainty chains can break especially if you never take your necklace off and wear it all the time. You can email me if your chain breaks and we can discuss your options.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most everything is made to order. Once an order is placed please allow 48-72hrs for me to process, make and fill your order. Shipping can be expect to take an additional 5-7 business days.

I lost one of my earrings can you make me a replacement or do I have to buy an entirely new pair?

Yes, if I still have the same materials I will be more than happy to make you a replacement earring and only charge you the price of the one earring replacement. If you have lost an earring please contact me and send a picture of what you lost.
